Good choice for family stay
The staff was friendly and always made sure we were comfortable, even bringing extra towels when we asked. We enjoyed the breakfast. it was simple but filling, just what you need to start the day, really.
It was a bit pricey but acceptable for a family with kids.

The bathroom was quite cramped.

I loved my stay here because the little coffee station was a cute touch, and I enjoyed some quiet moments in the cozy lounge. The free Wi-Fi and the small gym really helped me unwind after a long day. The shower had a slight musty smell, but it didn't ruin my overall experience at all. Definitely check out the lounge if you want to relax! 😊

Had a great group trip! The location was perfect for visiting Hyde Park and checking out the British Museum. Our room was clean and cozy, which made our stay enjoyable. Just be prepared for some stairs, as the lift was out of service. I’d recommend this spot for easy access to attractions and a pleasant experience with friends.
The bathroom situation could have been better. It was pretty cramped, and I felt like I could barely turn around while trying to shower. That part could definitely use some improvement!

It was just a balanced option for a fleeting moment in London with great value. The lift was quirky, allowing only two people, which made for a funny situation. Plan to grab breakfast elsewhere for better options.
